How to manage in-house workplace treatments

How does it work

Like any other patient, the employees can schedule an appointment or treatment (e.g. physiotherapy, psychology, chiropractic, etc.), the type of treatment (individual or group), and choose the clinic from the list and the physician they want to attend. Patients can see their appointments (upcoming, past, and appointments in a specific date range). They can search for treatments and schedule a new one. Thanks to the automated notification feature, they can confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments. Also, patients have access to their medical case.

Meanwhile, the treatment provider i.e. the physician can manage his/her appointments just as a normal visit or therapy in a clinic, such as having a calendar view with all the upcoming, past, appointments in a specific date range and filter them by company, booking status, patient, treatment type or specific date range. The treatment provider can see all his/her appointments from all clinics that belong in the same network (with specific restrictions). Physicians have access to all cases where they were once or still are assigned.
